Brief Answer:
Grossly, it is fine

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

It's having left axis deviation which is due to left anterior fascicular block. This is usually a age related change and may be seen with age or in hypertensive patients. T wave in lead III is normally seen. Otherwise, there are no significant changes in the ECG.

So it should be considered within normal limits with some minor nonsignificant age related changes.
