Hello,
Left axis deviation implies increased muscle mass of the heart more appropriately called Left ventricular hypertrophy. This is a common feature of Hypertension.
Left ventricular hypertrophy is not a good sign if any.
It's advisable to maintain blood pressure levels within normal limits preferably under 125/80 mm of Hg.
Left ventricular hypertrophy can be reversible, so as left axis deviation. This can be achieved with drugs like ACE inhibitors. Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to you.
Avoid fried, salty and fatty food stuff. Eat hygienic food and cleaner drinking water.
Consume fruits like apples and pomegranate on daily basis.
Consume oatmeal daily for breakfast.
Avoid sedentary lifestyle behavior. Can do yoga and meditation that can help in maintaining BP.
