What Does Light Pink Layer On The Penis Foreskin Indicate?
Question: Hello doctor,
My wife was pregnant and after long time we had sex , during the intercourse my Penis rubbed hard and was painful and after 2 months i noticed some light pink patch layer on my penis foreskin, During that time i neglected and during again having sex i face the same problem , and after 9 months the same light pink path layer is becoming big on my foreskin.
During the start of sex its very painful but after lubrication its normal but the LIGHT PINK PATCH LAYER is getting big day by day.
There is no itching or burning sensation.
Can you please tell me the reason and solution for the same????
and also am i facing any problem bcz of this LIGHT PINK PATCH

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts and photographs that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Ballanitis Xerotica Obliterance (BXO).
It is a variant of Lichen Sclerosis and the cause of this disease is still not known .
It is progressive in nature and there is no definite medical treatment that can cure the disease .
The difficulty and pain while penetrating vagina during intercourse suggests that you are developing Phimosis due to scarring of foreskin .
You can try using Topical Steroids .However this will not cure the the disease but will help to arrest the growth for some time .
Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination .He may advise you get to circumcised .This will help to give relief from pain in penetrating vagina during sex .
