Question: my ultrasound report says the liver is enlarged and exhibits increased heterogenous echopattern. heterogenous partially exophylic mass with internal vascularity is noted along the medial margin of the right hepatic and caudate lobe measuring 10x10x9.2 cm. several smaller similarly appearing nodules are also seen scattered in the left hepatic lobe largest measuring 3x2.5. Does this mean I have cancer?

Hello XXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM
According to USG reports you have large mass in the liver.Liver is also enlarged in size due to the mass.
It is difficult to say about nature of mass based on this report.
You need proper clinical examination and few more investigations.
Contrast CT scan of abdomen should be done for further assessment of the mass.
It is important to know about enhancement of mass, vascular status etc.
Other routine investigations are routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Urine RE/ME should be done.
Further investigations like FNAC/Biopsy can be done if needed.
Proper treatment depend upon clinical examination and further investigation reports.
