What Does Low AFI During 34 Weeks Of Pregnancy Indicate?

Question: Hi,

I am 34 week preg and my AFI is reduced to 8-9 in 34 week scan and afi 11.5 at 33 week scan.I am from XXXXXXX so please recommend me some medicine which is available in XXXXXXX

is there any medicine to increase It as i dont want early delivery . I am taking lots of liquids and protein diet still no effect .So suggest some good medicine for the same

i have read on internet regarding some medicines such as ARG9 , L-Arginine, argprime XXXXXXX each day.
My doctor didn't prescribed me any medicine to increase it
Also recommend dosage for the same

Your AFI seems to be normal. Treatment with Argiprime XXXXXXX required if AFI is below 8. You will not have early delivery due to this.

In yesterday scan it was showing 8.2 so can u please tell me medicine and dosage of the same for how many days i have to take and how many times a days if i get lower afi on sunday as it is decreasing only not increasing and my doc is saying there is no medicine to increase it

This needs to be mixed in a glass of water and drink everyday.
