What Does Low MCV And Low Serum Iron Level Indicate?

Question: Hello, I had some blood work done and just wondered what some of it meant. My MCV is 79, %lymph 16, another %lymph 0.9 iron 73 and other areas that were high or low but just noticed these came in more low. I stay so tired and hurt all over every day. I could sleep around the clock...pain is a big issue.
Brief Answer:
Probably anemia...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Though your reports are not very clear without the units, it looks like you have a low MCV, abnormal differential count and borderline low-normal serum iron level. With a back ground history of excessive tiredness, pain and drowsiness, possibility of anemia is likely. I wonder what is your hemoglobin levels. And is it possible to upload all your reports here. You can use this site's uploader provided on this page.
If you haven't consulted the doctor after the blood work up, you should proceed to do that. He/she might start on iron and vitamin supplements which should make you better.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
