Brief Answer:
no reason to worry

Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for asking HCM,

I understand your concern. Normal blood pressure varies from person to person. If your diastolic blood pressure is consistently below 60, and you aren't experiencing problems as a result, treatment might not be required. If low blood pressure is causing symptoms such as dizziness, light-headedness or fainting, more investigation may be required to uncover the possible cause and provide appropriate treatment.
So if you have no symptoms, than you don't have to worry, but if you have any kind of these symptoms, than visit your doctor to make proper examination. I see that you are under cardiologist control, so try to mention this to him on your next control since you take a lot of cardio medication or if this low pressure came suddenly.

I hope this answer is helpful to you.

Brief Answer:
ultrasound of heart

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for this new query,

regarding to the sent results, the best would be to talk to your cardiologist to see if he could make a ultrasound of your heart to see if the heart works properly and afterwards to give you proper medication if it is necessery.

It is very good that you make a sort of diary of your medical condition. Try also to wright down some of your symptoms you think are strange.

I hope this answer was helpful to you.
