more information is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I want to ask you few questions.
1. Do you smoke?
2. Can you briefly explain about history ans symptoms you have?
3. If symptomatic than since how many days you are having symptoms.
Appearance of lymphnode on CT is important in the diagnosis of disease.
If it is calcified than very few chances of malignant lymphnode.
Most common cause of isolated lymphnode enlargement is infection. So if associated lung infiltration , than possibility of infection is more.
Smokers have isolated lymphnode enlargement as a routine finding. So no need to worry much about this at present.
As infection is most probable cause.
Still I advice you to consult pulmonologist.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
