Brief Answer:
Megaloblastic anemia.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Can you share the report to me. I mean upload the report here from the upload feature available on the right side of the page.
Why did you get this test done?
At the outset looks like you have megaloblastic anemia which is commonly seen due to Vitamin B12 and or Folic acid deficiency. Due to these the DNA of RBC does not develop, inturn leading to stunted growth of the red blood cells. So the new RBC are not properly formed and cannot come out of the bone marrow.
You can confirm by getting serum Vit B12 and Folic acid levels.
If you have other medical problems please update here.

Brief Answer:
My recommendation
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I went through the report. the RBC size is large and widely distributed. With more macroovalocytes it suggests a nutritional issue.
For now I suggest my earlier recommendation of getting serum Vit B12, Vitamin D and Folic acid levels.
Please get these and let me know.
