Question: RECENT BLOOD TEST REPORT AT THYROCARE GIVEN AN ALERT !!!- MILD ANISOPOIKILOCYTOSIS. PREDOMINANTLY MICROCYTIC HYPOCHROMIC CELLS WITH OVALOCYTES AND ELLIPTOCYTES. WHAT IT IS AND IS IT FATAL .

It occurs in simple conditions like Iron deficiency or Vitamin deficiency to some serious disease like blood cancer.

Your Iron levels and Iron Binding capacity is in normal . So you need to get an additional test known as Hemoglobin Electrophoresis to know the cause of your Abnormal Blood picture .
Your Vitamin B12 levels is in normal levels while your Vitamin D levels is slightly low . I advise you to take Vitamin D supplements for 2 months .
Kindly get Hemoglobin Electrophoresis test done and revert back with report .
