Question: What does mild vascular crowding in the right infrahilar region noted again mean from a chest X-ray today? I’ve been sick for over a month and already finished my antibiotics. I have shortness of breath and cough.

If nothing else was seen, it would not indicate what the cause of your shortness of breath and cough is from, and further testing will be needed, which may include pulmonary function tests, cardiac echo, or CT scan of the chest.
