Question: I had a cat scan that showed multiple subcentimeter cervical lymp nodes the largest 9.5 / 5,5. It's involving level I-IV

Cervical lymph nodes may be enlarged due to many reasons.
It may be due to scalp or face infection,ear infection etc.
This is generally a benign finding and it resolve with treatment of underlying cause.
You need proper clinical evaluation and underlying reason should be searched.
I also suggest routine hemogram,random blood sugar.
FNAC of lymph nodes can be done if needed.It can asses exact etiology.
Ultrasound of neck can also be done.It can also assess many characteristics like matting etc(matting favour tubercular etiology).
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
