Question: i have bad anxiety attacks! my blood pressure 220/120 with pulse of 170 during an attack, should i be worried about thos numbers? if im calm 128/82? worry?

I am not sure why he is not concerned but this is established fact that elevation of blood pressure beyond certain range is harmful and it is very important to manage anxiety to full extent. The only possible reason I think is the anxiety is domain of psychiatrists and he may be confident that your psychiatrist will do needful.
