Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through all the medical reports and details i would like to tell you that as the Echocardiography report which was done on 17 Aug 2017 is showing normal echo function so there is no need of hospitalization as of now until unless patient complains of any chest discomfort or any others symptoms.

Future complictions can include heart failure, cardiac arrythmias, myocardial infarction.

I hope this information will answer your query.

Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
Hello Again

Detailed Answer:
Sir

If the patient is asymptomatic like no uncontrolled blood pressure issue or reduced urine output then nothing has to be done for it.

However if it progresses in future then probably an angioplasty will be required to open the narrowing.

Hope to have been helpful.
