What Does My CAT Scan Report Indicate?

Concussion, other findings probably age related
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam,
Thank You for writing in Healthcare Magic.
I understand your concerns. You CAT scan says"Prominent cerebral cortical sulci but with no hydrocephalus noted" , means your brain has atrophied ,shrunk in size with no fluid build up.
Concussion means a brain injury which happens generally after any kind of trauma producing symptoms such as headache, problems with concentration, memory, balance and coordination.
White periventricular matter and changes in it are related to age, small strokes etc. This is mostly related to a "Wear and tear" phenomenon which increases according to age.
Hope I have clarified your doubt.
If you have no further clarifications, please rate this answer and close this discussion.Thank You!
