What Does My CAT Scan Test Report Indicate?

Question: Hi Doctor,
As you have suggested I am taking Ibuprufen and Pantoprazol with Levosulpride. Getting some relief and also improving. But still not get rid of the symptoms.
I forgot to tell you one thing before and thought to connect again. I was admitted to Hospital this year in March as Having some lower right abdomen pain and they have done a CAT scan to me. I was discharged as they have found nothing and also didnot detect anything. It was some muscle strain as they said.
In report , It was mentioned that Lung Bases are clear and Heart is normal. Nothing they have found. I have attached the report as well. Will it rule out the lung disease I was fearing of. Please suggest.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Thanks for your direct question again.
I have gone through the report you have attached.
This report suggests only lung bases.
But I don't think you are having lung disease.
So no need to worry for lung diseases.
For 100% surity about lung disease, you should get done fresh chest x ray. But I don't think it is needed in your case.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Hi Doctor,
Thanks for your information. So this report will not rule out any possibilities of Lung diseases. Right?
Also symptoms are not getting over but I am having some relief.
