Hematocrit - 31
Mean Corpuscular Volume - 59.2
Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin - 19.3
Red Cell distribution width - 15.9
RBC Morphology - Mild Hypochromasia, Microcytosis(+),Mild Anisopoikilocytosis,Few tear drop cells,Few target cells and few Elliptocytes seen
WBC - Normal
Platelets - Adequate, Macroplatelets seen

Brief Answer:
Congenital dyserythropoietic anaemia a possibility
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Since your rbc morphology is showing mild hypochromasia, microcytosis, mild anisopoikilocytosis, few tear drop cells ,few target cells and few elliptocytes and your haemoglobin level is also low you may be suffering from congenital dyserythropoietic anaemia which is an inherited blood disorder that affects the development of red blood cells.
I would advise you to do a bone marrow test to rule out this disorder.
If you are found to be suffering from this disorder then treatment includes splenectomy and blood transfusion.
