Brief Answer:
You have normal findings.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I have gone through other queries in detail.
CT scan of abdomen should relieve your anxiety and tension.

There is no right suprarenal mass in contrast CT scan of abdomen.
In USG,lobulations in upper pole of kidney mimics suprerenal mass.

Your right kidney is smaller in size than left kidney. This is a normal anatomical variation and it is not a matter of concern.Important factor is function of kidney which is good in your case.
Lobulations are normally found in kidney and it is due to developmental variation.During organogenesis of kidney, this variation occurs.

Major concern was supra renal mass in right side which is excluded by CT scan.

Hope i have answered your query.

Please find detail answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Hypertension is not related to lobulated kidney.
Majority of the cases of hypertension are essential in nature(without any known reason).

In uncontrolled hypertension, renal doppler should be done to find out any arterial narrowing.

You should take antihypertensives regularly and be active in daily activities. You should go for brisk walking, exercise.Take limited salt.Take lot of fibres in your diet.
Avoid tension and try to be calm.Yoga and meditation is very helpful.
