Brief Answer:
deviated nasal septum with chronic sinusitis- surgical intervention.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

As per your CT report-

1. Deviated nasal septum with spur, pressing right inferior turbinate.

2. Right maxillary sinusitis with fungal polyp.

3. Left maxillary sinusitis with left osteomeatal complex blockage.

4. Frontal sinus- improperly developed sinuses.

5. Left sphenoidal sinusitis (onodi cell)

In my opinion, you require surgery. Medications will not help in chronic cases, because deviation(bony septum) and blockage of osteomeatal complex, removal of fungal polyp can be corrected only through surgery. Kindly go ahead.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
