This photo shows normal structures and tooth filling

Thanks for writing back with an update.

1. The photo attached is showing normal structures of the facial bones including the mandible and teeth, maxillary sinuses, nasal septum, orbits, frontal sinus and hard palate. There is tooth filling which is causing artifacts. The visualized bones and structures are normal in this photo. However please note that everything is not visible in a single photo and all the photos are to be seen before any condition can be commented on. The arrow head is in roof of mouth on left side and is a place where there is normal bone and no obvious abnormality is noted.

1. In the photos sent by you there is no obvious bone lesion in the upper jaw on the right side. The visualized inner margin of alveolar ridge is regular.
