
What Does My CT Scan Report Indicate?

Question: Dear Doctor, kindly please explain to me the result of my ct scan and the meaning of pressure Chang and if that has relation of high creatinine (mine is 1,30 and the normal is 1,25) and what is the best treatment . Thanks in advance and best regards XXXXXXX

You have a stone in the ureter.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for uploading the ct scan result. What you have is a small stone in the urine passage in between the kidney and the urinary bladder. You have 80-90 % chance that you will be able to pass it out continuously.
Drink plenty of water around 2-3 liters per day. For my patients i usually give them tamsulosin 400mcg once a day at bedtime. This would increase the chance of stobe expulsion also.
