What Does My CT Scan Report Indicate?

Question: Hello !!

My daughter is 10 years and she is having continental pain near her ribs towards left of her heart since past 15 days.

Her CT scan report says " small nodular enhancing lesion is seen in anterior mediastinum measuring 3.4 x 2.5 cm in size."

Opinion: Anterior mediastinal mass ? Thymoma

Blood test was done and the abnormal finding are as under. Rest parameters were normal.

ESR - 32 high
AST - 42 high
ALT - 75 high
Monocytes - 02 low
Lymphocytes - 57 high
WBC count - 4.55 low


We are seeking guidance for the same.
Please help.
