Brief Answer:
Findings are related to limitations of CT scan.

Hello,

Sorry for replying late.
Findings are related to limitations of CT scan.
It is not possible to differentiate post surgical scarring or residual tumour by CT scan.
Patient is rightly advised for MRI.Only MRI can differentiate post surgical scarring and residual(left over) tumour.
Other findings are related to post operative changes.
It is good there are no major signs of tumour activation.
In short, findings are not very serious.MRI is advised to confirm the findings.
Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
Please rate may answer if you are satisfied.
