What Does My CT Scan Test Report Indicate?

The result of CT Scan is as follows (1) Poorly marginated mass in the uncinate process pancrease spanning 1.8 x a.9 cm. The findings are concerning pancreatic neoplasm. Additionally, a minimal inflltration in the adjacent (2) cyst in the upper pole of left kidney 1 cm x 8 mm. (3) few small lymph nodes are seen in the retroperitoneum and adjacent to the superior mesenteric artery. There is no fluid, no osseous lesions are seen
Pancreas finding can be the cancer.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
The only thing which you should focus on right now is a mass in the pancreas. There is a possibility that you may have pancreas cancer. You should consult general surgeon as soon as possible. Surgery (removal of duodenum and pancreas called Whippley surgery) is necessary.
Left kidney cyst has nothing to do with pancreas neoplasm. This is small cyst and should not be the reason to concern.
Lymph nodes which were described are small. This means that most likely this lymph nodes are regular without any pathology.
So once again, please consult a surgeon as soon as possible. You need pancreas tumor treatment. The rest of finding is nothing serious.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

But thank you very much, I hope its local and not metastasize yet..
This is serious.
Detailed Answer:
The mass size remains unknown as it is poorly marginated. It means that the exact border can not be seen in the CT. Pancreas is a small organ. So almost 2 cm large tumor is not a small thing for sure.
This is very serious. It is significant and can be life threatening. So please do not wait any longer with it.

You are welcome.
