Brief Answer:
You may need further investigations like contrast CT or MRI with contrast.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your CT scan findings suggests heterogeneous lesion is right lobe of liver. It may be due to many reasons like adenoma, developing abscess, carcinoma etc.
Contrast imaging has not been done(due to non availability) which is very important in your case.Size is also not mentioned.
You may need further investigations like contrast CT scan or MRI of abdomen with contrast. These investigations are very helpful in better characterization of lesions.
FNAC can be done if needed. It can assess true nature of lesion.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.

There is also two calculus in upper and lower pole of left kidney measuring 4.0 mm and 2.0 mm respectively.Calculus is non obstructing in nature.
You may need treatment for it if it is symptomatic.
