Brief Answer:
Nodules are small in size and approximately it is up to 1 cm size.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Nodules are small in size and approximately it is up to 1 cm size.Number of lesions is difficult to comment as complete images are not uploaded.Counting of lesions are not reported and it is not necessary.
Generally these lesions are due to infective etiology. However other possible causes should also be ruled out by investigations.
Malignant lesions generally have irregular, spiculated margins etc.
Doubling time(time in which size of lesions get double)is important,so you are advised for follow up.
