Question: My wife has had a scan of her brain and it showed signs of cerebral vascular degeneration. She is 60 yrs old doesn't smoke (but did until 29yrs old) and doesnt drink alcohol (but did until she was 40 yrs old). She has type 2 diabetes. What is the likely consequence going forward of this problem?
