Brief Answer:
Your Ultrasound Scan and color Doppler scan of scrotum suggests Varicocele

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the facts and reports that you have posted I would state that the discomfort that you have in scrotum is due to grade 1-2 Varicocele on left side.

Varicocele is a condition that involves tributaries of Testicular veins that drain into superficial sephanous veins .

These veins are provided with non returning valves which prevent falling of blood column in vertical position .However whenever these valve become weak they cause blood column to fall resulting into dilatation of these veins which is called as Varicocele which in its turn cause discomfort in Testicle and may be cause for infertility.

Get Semen Analysis done to assess the sperm count .

You need to use scrotal support to prevent hanging of testicles and dragging of spermatic cord .This will help to get relief from discomfort .

If problem persists you may need to undergo surgery of Varicocelectomy .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.

Hello
Thanks for follow up.

The Varicocele being due to defective protective mechanism in the walls of the veins. Unfortunately it can not be cured by medications or supplements, only surgery is the option if diagnosed correctly.
