What Does My ECG Report Indicate?

Question: Sinus Rhythm
interpolated atrial premature complexces
abnormal right superior axis deviation
non specific intraventricular block
right ventricular hyperthtrophy
qrs (t) contour abnormality
consistent with high lateral infarct
probably old

The data you provided seems to be an ecg machine report and it need to be confirmed by a cardiologist. Please keep in mind that it's only a non official report produced by ecg machine, but it doesn't mean necessary that you have a cardiac problems.

Hi back,

After reviewing your ECG I can confirm that you have:
- sinusal bradycardia.
- Left anterior fascicular block.
- Poor R progression in V1-V3, possible previous antero-septal infarction.

Please keep in mind that and abnormal ECG isn't enough to make a diagnosis and other data are needed (including your life history, cardiac echo, blood work etc.) before reaching to a conclusion.

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations for a proper evaluation:
- blood work
- cardiac echo
- stress test
