What Does My ECG Report Results Indicate?

rate=97 PR=168 qrsd=109 qt=360 qtc= 457
axis p=43 qrs=22 t=40
is there any problem
You have absolutely normal findings.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM
I have gone through the findings in detail.
Your heart rate is within normal limit.
PR interval (it is measured from the beginning of the P wave to the first deflection of the QRS complex). Its normal range is 120 – 200 ms and your reading is 168,so it is normal.
QRS duration (it is measured from first deflection of QRS complex to end of QRS complex at isoelectric line). Its normal range is up to 120 ms.Your reading is 109,so it is also normal.
QT interval (it is measured from first deflection of QRS complex to end of T wave). Its normal range is up to 440 ms.Your reading is 360 so it is normal.
QTc(Corrected QT ) is also normal.Measurement of QT interval is subjective.
Axis is also normal.
However,findings need clinical correlation.
Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.

1. Sinus Rhythm .................................. normal F-axis , V-rate 50-99
2. Borderline Intra-ventricular conduction delay as QRSd>105
3. ST elev, probable normal early repol pattern..................... st Elevation age>55
I Just want to understand what this means and if it's a cause for worry.
My age is 21 and this was part of a routine medical checkup.

You don't worry at all.Findings are almost normal.
Minor abnormalities in the ECG are very common.
Normal Sinus rhythm is 60-100 beats per minute. If it is > 100,then it is called as sinus tachycardia. Most commonly it increases due to anxiety, fever etc.
QRSd is also acceptable.
Causes of mild ST elevation is generally due to benign early repolarization. It is a normal variant and commonly seen in young, healthy patients.
Hope I have answered your question.
