
What Does My ECG Result Report Indicate?

Question: One of my friend's aunt and uncle have recently done ECG. They do not have any other diseases or not taking any treatment. But ECG is not normal. Can u please guide on their ECG reports-what should be done further

As per your question your ecg is perfectly normal and in normal sinus rhythm.I don't think any thing is wrong with the ecg.Tall T waves in right precordial is a very unspecific change.Less then 15mm tall T wave does not have any signifance.Your ecg was wrongly interpreted by your local doctor.This is a perfectly normal ecg.

Ecg is perfectly normal
lead 3 has a rsR pattern,There is no q wave.
Secondly,
q wave has nothing to do with left atrial enlargement or hypertrophy.
P mitral bifid and wide notched P wave is seen in left atrial enlargement
Its a perfectly normal ecg.
