Question: SIR, MY ECHOCARDIOGRAM RESULT IS AR(NORMAL). I AM A DIABETES PATIENT FOR THE PAST 7 YEARTS, I HAVE ERECTION PROBLEM. UROLOGY DOCTOR IS PRESCRIBED ME DAILY ONE NANO LEO
CAPSULE AND ONE TADALAFIL TABLETS 5 MG, ACCORDING TO MY ABOVE BODY CONDITIONS
IS IT CORRECT. WHAT ARE THE SIDE EFFECTS OF ABOVE TABLETS.

Nano-leo capsules are safe for liver and kidney and there are no adverse reaction in vital signs after it's use.
It contains herbal extracts but the side effects of them are not known.
However,it may sometimes cause headache otherwise there is no side effects.You may take it.
Tadalafil 5 mg dosage generally do not cause any side effect but it should be cautiously used in patients with cardiac,liver,kidney and low blood pressure issues.
However,mild AR is not the contraindication for its usage.
