Brief Answer:
ECG is normal

Detailed Answer:
Your ecg is normal. But as your angiogram shows 50% proximal lad stenosis you need to be on medicines and regular follow up.

What is clinical status like - do you any chest pain? or breathlessness? What medicines you are taking? Do you have diabetes or hypertension? since when are you having cardiac problem? When was angio done? These are some questions that need your answer to help me address concerns better.

Brief Answer:
You are on appropriate medicines

Detailed Answer:
you are on appropriate medicines and substitutes that are done are similar medicines and no issue with it. but since your reports are pretty old and there is always a possibility of progression of disease you need fresh testing. You have to have a echo and TMT done. If they are normal you have nothing to worry and can continue same medicines. if there is any issue with them you may need to repeat CAG (Coronary angiogram). When analysed in isolation your ECG doesn't look dangerous but we need consider all reports rather ECG alone.

Brief Answer:
Consult a Gastroenterologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing back.

Bleeding from mouth you have could be related to upper Gastrointestinal tract problems or injury in pharynx.

The reports you attached are within range and need no intervention based on them.

You may have to consult a gastroenterologist for detailed examination and management.

Yes, you can continue Lonapam if you are not on Deanxit right now.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.

Regards,

Brief Answer:
Discuss with Psychiatrist

Detailed Answer:
Detailed answer.
Hi,

Feliz S (escilatopram) and lonapam (clonazepam) is probably prescribed for other non cardiac condition; perhaps anxiety related disorder. The drugs have ranges of action/side effect which is individualized and not constant to all. Therefore it is not wise to stop drugs without advice of your treating doctor.

Therefore without a clear back ground and regular personal follow ups, I recommend you revist your prescribing doctor/psychiatrist and discuss about lonapam as well as feliz.

As far as deplatt A is concerned, at the moment you should not stop it unless instructed by your treating doctor. Since you have history of coronary vessel disease, the benefits of deplatt A are realistic.

Regards
