Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic
Most probably, there is NO problem!
A few issues involving the Right ventricle – like pressure or volume overload / disturbance in conduction (nerve of the heart- right bundle branch) – are occasionally responsible, for such a picture.
Commonly, it is a normal variation or from position of the heart or the electrical leads…
It is reassuring to have a negative TMT – it excludes Ischemic Heart Disease
An ECHOcardiogram would have been the next step – it is routinely done to see the heart valves (Valve Prolapse) / heart muscle (Cardiomyopathy) and heart function (Ejection fraction, wall motion abnormality) / clots... What is your ECHO report? – If not done till now, have one done..
An ECG is only an electrical record / it must not be interpreted in isolation, but as a part of the total clinical picture.
Good luck
God bless you

A point again favouring normal variation
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Then everything is likely to be normal
ECHO is unlikely to have changed during this period, without other obvious symptoms or signs
