What Does My ECG Test Report Indicate?

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for asking on HCM!
I understand your concern, and meantime would like to explain that a resting ECG without a certain medical history (prescription of your complains), doesn't mean so much, especially when there is not an original ECG record in front of an expert's eye.
We can't rely on a machine's interpretation, as it is not shown reliable to appropriately differentiate similar findings (in fact it represents many artefacts, as real abnormal findings).
From all the above prescribed findings, I would explain that:
First degree AV block means nothing serious, just there is need to rule out any possible higher AV conductance abnormality (intermittent second or third degree AV block, etc). So, an ambulatory ECG monitoring is necessary.
A probable anteroseptal infarct (old) pattern, should be differentiated with a pulmonary disease, a hypertrophic interventricular septum, etc. So, there is need for a clinical and echocardiographic correlation with the ECG.
So, me advice is to perform a Holter monitoring, a cardiac ultrasound, a physical examination, and at the end a correlation of the whole picture with the ECG findings.
Hope to have been helpful. Greetings! Dr. Iliri
