This ECG could be a normal variant
Or early Left Ventricular Hypertrophy (LVH)

An ECHOcardiogram alone can conclude -
He needs to have one done

And at this age, for insurance purposes, a TMT (Treadmill Exercise ECG Test) is necessary to exclude asymptomatic CAD (Coronary Artery Disease) … and is routine in most areas
