Brief Answer:
It means there is possibility of heart attack in the past.

Detailed Answer:
Going by meaning of words it means there is possibility of old heart attack. But this finding is very near to normal findings that it is computerised report and infact ECG would be normal. But only way to work around it is to have ECG seen by cardiologist to know if it's really abnormal. Abnormal repolarisation again is most of the time normal finding which get reported by minimal st t changes and generally is not significant. But all these decisions need to corborated by physician or cardiologist seeing patient and ECG
