Brief Answer:
Not enough material could be drawn to be able to draw conclusions.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Healthcaremagic.
The report of FNAC is inconclusive as the sample does not contain enough cellular material for analysis. It just contains some blood cells which could have come there from the blood vessels ruptured in the process.
You would need to go for another FNAC if you want the reports. However, a biopsy is conclusive while an FNAC is not. A normal FNAC does not mean absence of any pathology. It just means that the sample contains no evidence of pathology.

Have also got ultrasound done, which shows an oval hypoechoic lesion ...measuring 6.4x4.9 mm....likely to be benign!! Please advise if still biopsy needed??
Brief Answer:
Could you please upload the ultrasound report using the upper right of page
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking back. First let me know your age. Also mention if you have any family history of breast cancer. If you are in your 20s or lesser, it is more likely that you have fibroadenoma or fibroadenosis. Both of these conditions are benign and caused in response to hormone excess during it age. If your age is more than 35 years, it might be preferrable to get a biopsy done. However, if the lump has been there for a while and is not growing in size, you can put the biopsy on hold and wait till it starts growing.
Hope that helps.

Hi Sir, age is 33 yrs, married and mother of two...younger one is 1.5 yrs old. No family history of any type of cancer...
Brief Answer:
You are not at high risk.Unless lump starts growing rapidly need not worry
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.
Since you have children, you are less likely to have breast cancer. At this age, fibroadenosis is still a possibilty. Hypoechoic could mean fluid filled which could indicate a duct abscess or something. You can wait and observe if the lump grows. You can also get a surgical opinion on the possibilities.
