Question: Got FNAC test today result is Gross Exam:-single superficial fixed tender soft swelling. it supraclavicular region with adherent overlying skin. Needle aspiration yeilded blood admixed pus.
Microscopy: Smears from the aspirated material show cluster of nucleated and anucleated squames against a background of marked mixed inflammatory cellinfiltrate rich in polys. few multinucleated giant cells are also noted. There is no evidence of any maligrant pathology in the smears studied
