What Does My GFR Test Report Indicate?

Question: Hello Sir.
This is XXXX.Trust this finds you well.
I have posted the questions to you earlier regarding my father's GFR test.Hope you have access to previous reports for quick reference.Per your suggestion we have started doing the tests regularty. Please find the same attached.Just want to take your opinion on teh same.

Dear XXXXXXX I went through al the previous XXXXXXX and reports. All are normal. You can get them done again after 6 months. Does he have any new complaints ?. If has any new complaints, we can do different tests
