Question: Have been undergoing folliculometry for last 6 months. The follicle growth and rupture have been regular and proper. HSG has shown peritubal adhesions on both sides. HSG has shown localized spill on both sides. Both tubes appear normal in caliber.
Menstrual history has been regular. Uterus is shown normal in findings. Kindly suggest the course of treatment or management to be followed.

Brief Answer:
Better to get laparoscopy done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

If HSG shows peritubal adhesions and not been able to conceive even after 6 cycles of folliculometry, it is better to go ahead with laparoscopy to get assessment of tubes properly.

Let me know if you need anymore help.
