• Loss of normal cervical Lordosis
• Disc Desiccations at multiple levels involving cervical IV disc
• C3-C4, C4-C5 & C6-C7 IV disc posterior central bulge indenting anterior thecal sac with no significant neural compromise
• C5-C6 IV disc posterior right arm paracentral disc/ osteophtye complex abutting anterior theccal sac associated bilateral mild to moderate neural foraminal stenosis predominant on right indenting on the right exiting nerve root.
I shall be most grateful for your valuable advise in this. What measures to be taken so it does not recur.
Regards,

Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.
If you would have presented to me as an outpatient with this clinical situation,I would have told you to be strict with regular physiotherapy(cervical spine exercises as advised by the physiotherapist).
At the same time, you need to take posture tips from your physiotherapist and follow them sincerely.
And of course, please continue antineuralgic medicines along with calcium/vitamin D/vitamin B12 supplementation.
If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow up.

Thank you Doctor for your prompt reply.
I shall follow the exercises strictly and regularly. I also have another query, can I lead a normal sex life, as this has caused some sort of fear in us.
