Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX velograde,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.
I have gone through the MRI images you have uploaded.Except for some widened sulci and and a couple of small hyperintense changes(which are of doubtful significance)in one of the sections, there appear to be nothing specific in these.
I would rather suggest you to please upload the whole MRI CD on google drive and share the drive link here in the follow-up question,so that I can view your complete MRI with my dicom viewer, and form an opinion.
I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,

I will download the whole cd tomorrow evening .. Jusf wanted to ask you if widened sulci can be sometimes normal variant? .. Thanks doc
Brief Answer:
Need to see the complete MRI to comment on this.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX velograde,
Thanks for being in follow-up.
Sure.I'll be waiting for your MRI CD. Widened sulci can be normal in elderly population, and sometimes in middle aged. However, the section images you have posted are not sufficient enough to definitely say, whether widened sulci actually exists or not.I need to see more sections for that.
I shall be glad to have you in follow-up with the whole MRI study.

Brief Answer:
Sulcal widening is present.Need to follow-up.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX velograde,
Thanks for being in follow-up.
I have gone through your detailed MRI study.
Sulcal widening is present, for sure in parietal and frontal lobes. But,as you have no symptoms-I do not want to attach any significance to it as yet.
Even, repeat MRI will also show this finding as this sulcal widening will not reverse with time.
My sincere advice for you is-'Please do not worry about this MRI finding and carry on with a healthy life style.Don't go for any addictions-alcohol or anything else.Follow up with your neurologist if you develop any symptoms related to brain disease'.
Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.

Brief Answer:
Not sure about stroke.Caudate hyperintensity is present.Old lesion.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX velograde,
Thanks for being in follow-up.
For sure, there is right caudate hyperintensity having CSF intensity. It has no diffusion restriction. So,it is an old lesion and not a new stroke.Possibly an old ischemic lesion.
