Bone thinning or weakening can be the cause.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The cervical spine MRI scan suggests the increased concavity of the vertebral surface. This can be due to thinning of bone or a blood related disorder. Such a mild variation can be normal also. This needs a further investigation in case there is a bone pain or the concavity increases on follow up MRI scans after 3 months.
The hip MRI shows dysplasia of the femoral head- this can be a developmental disorder either due to decreased bone calcification or osteoporosis. Since the articular surface is normal, it is less likely to be due to arthritis or inflammation. This developmental disorder cannot be reverted but further deterioration can be prevented with the help of proper medicines under the guidance of an orthopedician.
I hope this answers your query.

Osteoporosis is present.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Osteoporosis is one of the finding that can be associated with such deformities. You need to avoid any stressful exercise or climbing too many stairs or squatting till you meet your orthopedician. The treatment depends on the severity of symptoms.
Hope my answer is helpful.
