Brief Answer:
MRI may indicate non specific findings.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

MRI report may indicate non specific findings. It is generally not a serious finding.
Pain during sitting may be related to coccyx bone but it is normal in MRI findings. There is no edema, inflammation, fracture etc in coccyx bone,so you may need clinical evaluation and proper history taking.
You may need treatment for coccydynia(pain in tail bone region) if it is clinically indicated. You may need proper evaluation by a orthopedician.

Mild edema in muscles may be related to many causes like inflammation, infection etc.

Hello

It is good that there is no fracture.
Initially you may need conservative management in the form of cushioned seat, avoid prolonged sitting etc.
Don't worry, this is a manageable condition. You may need more specific treatment if pain persists.
