Mechanical back pain
Detailed Answer:
good evening.
thank. you for writing on health care magic
Well back pain can be really troublesome.. We need to rule. out If it is due to inflammation or other causes. Your MRI doesn't explain the cause of it as these cysts are benign usually and don't cause much of trouble..i would like to know a few queries here to understand your disease
1. When is your pain more.. on activity or at rest
2. do you experience night pains , difficulty in turning position
3. any early morning stiffness
4. does the pain radiate to your legs
5. is your sleep pattern OK or is it disturbed
6.What all medications hVe you tried for back pain
7. Did they do other blood test like ESR or CRP
Do let me know these queries. would try to guide you further from here

Chronic Pain Syndrome
Detailed Answer:
good evening
Sorry for the late reply. had a long duty
Well, as per your history is suggestive, it doesnt look like inflammation going on. It is more of mechanical pain which is spreading all over your body. I would give you a site to read about the disease and see if your symptoms match...We need to change the medications, as Naprosyn and Diclofenac are not going to be too useful in the long run. They may cause more side effects than relief
www.rheumatology.org--> patient information--> Chronic Pain syndrome/Fibromyalgia
Do let me know once you read it. Will try to manage things accordingly

Fibromyalgia
Detailed Answer:
Good evening
Well yes, even I feel the same...All your lab results are normal which rules out the inflammation or infection...So, I feel your pain did originate from one place and has now moved on to affect the other parts as well....
Fibromyalgia is a diagnosis of exclusion. So I think your rheumatologist is being over cautious in labeling you with this disease..SO he is ruling all out the possible etiology...
Meanwhile, I would suggest give a try with Ultracet for pain and you can read on which drug you had like to choose. We normally start with Duloxetine/Amitryptilline
DO let me know for more queries
