Brief Answer:
Mild inflammation.
Detailed Answer:
I have seen the attached report. it shows a small effusion of first MTP joint. This suggests a minor inflammation in the area. it can happen due to overuse or stress or an injury.
Do take mild pain killers and a hot compress. Avoid wearing any tight shoes. if the pain persists then few days oral steroid therapy will help.
Regards.
