Get examined and investigated under a neurologist or neurosurgeon

Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Raised prolactin levels needs to be evaluated for pituitary tumor.
Other cause may be medications like levosulpiride, antipsychotic drugs .
Is there any vision loss, headache, vomiting, other hormonal imbalance.
The pituitary tumor can grow in 3 years and needs to be evaluated.
Mri may be repeated.
