Brief Answer:
Slip disc may have increased

Detailed Answer:
Hi Thiru

Thanks for the query

The reduced disc space is due to slip disc, and nerve compression which is causing your symptoms.

Avoid bending neck forward or lifting weights. Avoid using thick pillow. I advise you to perform physiotherapy in the form of neck extension exercises, TENS therapy. Apply hot packs to the affected region. Take Tablet Diclofenac with Thicolchicoside combination twice a day after meals for 5 days.

The medication you are taking is mainly for dizziness. Due to slip disc and possibly spondylosis you have pain at the back of the neck radiating to the back of the head and can cause dizziness.

Do get a repeat MRI of the cervical spine to see if the slip disc has progressed. Depending on this we can decide if you need surgery or not.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
