Brief Answer:
Get evaluated as advised by a neurologist
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
The symptoms and MRI is suggestive of brain stroke leading to either partial seizures or dystonia.
The exact cause can be ascertained by clinical examination by a neurologist. EEG may be required too.
The urinary complains maybe due to prostate enlargement or urine infection.
You should get an ultrasound and urine examination too.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further information.
